Have patience, high-end fans: The Krell Evolution 555 goes on sale this summer.

Originally known as a hi-fi specialist, Krell has fitted the Evolution 555 with the highest-quality components, including a 12-bit Sigma VXP video processor and 32-bit/96-kHz Sabre Reference D/A converters for the best possible sound. The luxury player is also expected, via an upgrade, to meet the HDMI 1.4 standard, allowing it to play back 3D Blu-ray Discs.
