Blu-ray Movie Review
Movie: Frank Lucas (Denzel Washington) isn’t happy with being a small-time drug dealer, and pulls various tricks in order to make a big name in the business. Then he encounters a tough cop (Russell Crowe) who’s determined to make his life difficult.

Lengthy cat and mouse game, based on a true story.

PICTURE QUALITY:
Sadly, it’s pretty abysmal — completely blurred for long periods, lacking in detail, and brown-tinted! Particularly in dark, indoor shots, the picture looks extremely muddy.

SOUND QUALITY:
Solid, but for a movie of this workmanship, it’s too unspectacular and too well-behaved. Surround effects are scarce.
