Televisions.com thinks:

Though impressive both technically and in terms of content,
this comic-book adaptation still can’t compete with
the likes of "Iron Man" or "The Dark Knight".

Rating: 12 (U.K.), PG-13 (USA), FSK 16 (Germany)

PICTURE QUALITY:
The fine-polished Cinemascope transfer looks exactly as you’d expect for a current big-budget production: colorful, sharp, and crisp. But the picture quality falls short of the one-hundred-percent mark: Wide shots sometimes lack fine detail, and the picture looks slightly too dark in general, reducing the impression of depth.

SOUND QUALITY:
Does it get more powerful than this? Not safely! Surround effects flow thick from the speakers, backed up by monstrous dynamics and rich detail. Acoustically, at least, the Hulk can easily stand up to Iron Man! A true floorboard-rattler like this deserves nothing less than the top score!

BONUS MATERIAL:
Good, but not amazing: an audio commentary, a picture-in-picture track, deleted scenes (37:45), a making of (29:49), "Becoming the Hulk" (9:08), "Becoming the Abomination" (10:13), "Anatomy of a Hulk-Out" (27:43), "From Comic Book to Screen" (5:12), alternate beginning (2:02), BD-Live, trailers.
