PICTURE QUALITY:
Outstanding, as is the case in almost all animated movies. Open Season 2 looks a little plainer than the previous installment, but still bears top HD-credentials. The images of the animals' fur are especially staggering.

Not that great, sadly. While part one offered plenty of cool surround-effects, most of this movie's sound comes from the front speakers. The subwoofer also remains silent for long periods of time.
