Blu-ray Movie Review
Movie: The life of George W. Bush - from an alcoholic, to a born again Christian, to an incompetent statesman who's manipulated by his advisers.

Televisions.com thinks:
Surprisingly human and entertaining biopic,
but which doesn't quite meet the quality
of "JFK" and "Nixon".
Movie Details:
Blu-ray: W
Length: 124 minutes
Genre: Biopic, drama/comedy
Studio: Ascot Elite Home Entertainment
Cast: Josh Brolin, James Cromwell, Jeffrey Wright, Thandie Newton, Elizabeth Banks
Director: Oliver Stone
Rating: PG-13 (USA), 15 (U.K.), FSK 12 (Germany)
Released: 2009
Picture Format: 2.35:1 (1080p/24 Hz)
Soundtracks: DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 (English), DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 (German)
PICTURE QUALITY:
Crisp and movie-like; only the plasticity falls short of perfect. The source material was a 1080p/50 Hz master, making 24p playback impossible - very strange!
(8 out of 10 points)
SOUND QUALITY:
Essentially decent, but way too front-heavy.
(6 out of 10 points)
BONUS MATERIAL:
Sorely lacking - info pages, a trailer, photo galleries, and a few interviews (25:22).
