Televisions.com thinks:
A tough movie with breathtaking stunts —
typical Bruce Willis!
Movie Details:

Director: Len Wiseman
Rating: 15 (U.K.), PG-13 (USA), FSK 16 (Germany)

PICTURE QUALITY:
"Die Hard 4.0" only just misses out on the top score. Our one criticism: the use digital processing means that some scenes lack the last pinch of sharpness.
(9 out of 10 points)
SOUND QUALITY:
The detailed and dynamic 5.1-channel mix sounds superb — bangs and crashes come from all corners of the room. A clear case of full marks!
(10 out of 10 points)
BONUS MATERIAL:
Disappointing in comparison to the picture and sound quality. Some of the extras from the double DVD are missing here, such as the revealing audio commentary, deleted scenes, or the tougher "recut" version. What remains is a 100-minute ‘making of’, a TV special, and two background featurettes about hackers (8:51) and national security (10:00).
