Men, hold onto your women: Warner has announced the November release of three absolute classics on Blu-ray: "Gone with the Wind", "North by Northwest", and "The Towering Inferno".

Blu-ray discs have remained firmly in fashion despite the finance crisis; in fact, sales just keep getting better. In light of this, the movie studios are slowly but surely dusting off their old classics and propelling them into the high-definition era.

That includes Warner, which has now announced three classics to be released well in time for Christmas: "Gone with the Wind" goes on sale on November 9, while "North by Northwest" and "The Towering Inferno" will be available from November 16. The three releases will all cost around 15 GBP.
